PFL Battle of the Giants and UFC Vegas 99: Francis Ngannou vs Renan Ferreira

The PFL will host Battle of the Giants, probably the most significant event in the organization's history, between the UFC and PFL on Saturday. The main attraction will be Francis Ngannou's MMA comeback against fellow knockout artist Renan Ferreira. The UFC is adding Anthony Hernandez and Michel Pereira to the middleweight division main event, which should be exciting, even if the stakes are undoubtedly bigger in Saudi Arabia.
Before the doubleheader on Saturday, Jed Meshew and Mike Heck of MMA Fighting give a preview of both bouts and talk about the important issues surrounding Ngannou vs. Ferreira, Cris Cyborg taking on Larissa Pacheco, Johnny Eblen vs. Fabian Edwards 2, and A.J. McKee vs. Paul Hughes. They'll also talk about the Hernandez vs. Pereira five-round fight at the APEX, the co-main event with Kyler Phillips, the much favored fighter, going up against Rob Font, the perennially rated bantamweight, and much more.
