Anaheim Ducks and LA Kings to both get fully rebranded this off-season
Â
This summer, the Los Angeles Kings and Anaheim Ducks will undergo a complete rebranding.
A recent rumor on X claims that Fanatics, the company that will manufacture NHL jerseys starting in the upcoming season, would introduce new looks for the Ducks and Kings.
New primary logos and jerseys for the two teams will be unveiled during the 2017 NHL draft.Â
The Ducks and the Kings had some of the most iconic logos in NHL history, and according to the same source, the new logos should look like modernized versions of past logos.
Getting more updates since posting the new #JerseyWatch video yesterday.

Rebrand bonanza coming to SoCal this summer. Both should be out by the #NHLDraft. https://t.co/czr8hWAqHE
For the 2006–07 season, the team adopted a new name and emblem, and they soon won the Stanley Cup.
Since then, the franchise has avoided using the Mighty Ducks branding as their primary logo, however they have continued to utilize it on Reverse Retro and alternate jerseys.
Before the 1988–89 season, the Kings changed their primary logo to emphasize the word "Kings" in a crest to commemorate Gretzky's entrance from the Edmonton Oilers.Â
