Anthony Davis' Current Injury Status For Lakers-Nuggets Game

 

The Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets will play Game 5 of their first-round playoff series on Monday night in Denver.

Anthony Davis should be available for the game as the Lakers have listed him as probable.

 After a stellar regular season in which he shot 27.1% from three-point range and 55.6% from the field in 76 games, Davis averaged 24.7 points, 12.6 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.2 steals, and 2.3 blocks per game.

The Lakers, who defeated the New Orleans Pelicans in the play-in tournament, had a 47-35 record and earned the seventh seed in the Western Conference.


They just finished a season in which they lost the Western Conference Finals against the Denver Nuggets in a sweep. 

The Lakers defeated the Nuggets 119-108 in Game 4, but they are now trailing 3-1 against them.

In 42 minutes of action, Davis finished with 25 points, 23 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 block, and an 11/17 shooting percentage.

Game 6 of the series would be on Thursday evening in Los Angeles.
