Tiger Woods confirms relationship with Donald Trump’s former daughter-in-law
Tiger Woods has acknowledged that he is seeing Vanessa Trump, the former daughter-in-law of Donald Trump.
On Sunday, Woods made the announcement. "With you by my side, life is better and love is in the air! Woods tweeted to his 6.4 million followers on X, "We look forward to our journey through life together." We would value privacy at this time for everyone we care about.
From 2005 till 2018, Vanessa was wed to Donald Trump Jr. Together, they have five kids, including Kai, 17, who will attend the University of Miami to play golf in 2026. Kai goes to the same school as Woods's kids, Charlie and Sam. Earlier this week, Kai and Charlie participated in the same invitational competition.
Woods keeps his personal life extremely quiet, thus it was unclear what made him release images that proved the relationship. The message brought back memories of the 2013 social media announcement of his and Lindsey Vonn's romance.
According to Woods, he and Vonn "wanted to limit the'stalkarazzi' and all those sleazy websites that are out there following us" at the time because they believed it may put his kids in risk. Additionally, he claimed that anything the paparazzi had would be diminished by their pictures.
Woods's marriage to Elin Nordegren ended in 2010 after he was found to have had several adulterous affairs; Sam and Charlie are from that marriage.
His only previous public relationship, which ended in October 2022, lasted almost seven years with Erica Herman. After a tumultuous divorce, Herman finally dropped legal action against Woods and the trust that owns his estate in south Florida, where she had been residing.
Woods has played golf with Donald Trump on several occasions. Trump awarded Woods the presidential medal of freedom in 2019. In February, Woods attended a meeting with Trump at the White House to discuss the fractured status of golf amid the rise of the Saudi-backed LIV tour.
