Injury Report: Penguins' Crosby misses practice, being evaluated for UBI

Captain Sidney Crosby was missing from Penguins' practice on Wednesday and is being evaluated for an upper-body injury, according to head coach Mike Sullivan.

In his most recent appearance, Crosby, 27, assisted at 22:14 of ice time in the Penguins' 3-2 shootout loss to the New Jersey Devils on Tuesday.

After an ugly collision on the Devils' blueline in the third period, the 5-foot-11 center exited the game but came back ten minutes later.

Before the league takes a break for the 4 Nations Face-Off, Pittsburgh will play back-to-back games against the Philadelphia Flyers and New York Rangers after another workout on Thursday.

In 55 games this season, Crosby has 17 goals and 58 points.
